Where Do I Fit?NVMHCA offers membership options for Nevada LCPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, emerging professionals, students, retired clinicians, organizations, and aligned allied professionals who support Nevada’s mental health counseling community.
Limited-Time Recognition
Founding Member StatusMembers who join or renew by December 31, 2026 receive Founding Member recognition as part of NVMHCA’s launch and growth. After this date, Founding Member status will no longer be available for new memberships or membership upgrades. Associate MembershipFor allied professionals and community partners who are not eligible for Clinical voting membership but share related professional goals, including physicians, nurses, APRNs, psychologists, case managers, attorneys, educators, administrators, and other aligned behavioral health or community professionals. $60per year
Clinical MembershipFor independently licensed Nevada clinicians holding an active, unrestricted Nevada license as an LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW. This membership level is limited to those three Nevada license types. $75per year
Emerging Professional MembershipFor Nevada clinicians who hold an active intern license as a CPC Intern, MFT Intern, or CSW Intern and are working toward independent licensure. This membership level is limited to those three Nevada intern license types. $50per year
Organizational MembershipA group practice, counseling agency, community mental health center, nonprofit organization, educational institution, or other organization whose primary function is the direct delivery, supervision, training, or administration of professional mental health counseling services. The organization must support the mission and purposes of NVMHCA. $250per year
Student MembershipFor students currently enrolled in a graduate-level counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health program. $25per year
